Until very recently, these words were not the kind I’d have uttered or written anywhere. It just was not my kind of person. I was more of a go-with-the-flow kind of person. And it worked!
To be honest I’m not even sure how true these words are judging from the events of this week, but it is how I felt when I wrote them.
It’s been a heck of a long week that has seen me going back and forth in an effort to fully kick into the NYSC programme and I am tired. No, I’m exhausted.
The whole thing is starting to make me question the truth of these words. I had started the week with a to-do list that wasn’t overly ambitious but then NYSC and about four other things came up and now it’s Friday and I haven’t ticked more than 3 items off the list.
I set a tone/purpose for the week and here I am, still restless, unsatisfied (and angry too: at the National Youth Service Corps). I just wish there was something from Phil’s-osophy I could key into right now. LoL.

Hope your week has been a lot better than mine though.
